Job description


1. Manage and expand the Sales team in India.
2. Develop sales channel in Indian region.
3. Maintain current partners and customers
4. Improve brand reorganization
5. Reach the sales target in India with the support from other departments
6. Provide market intelligence to management team
7. Capturing arising market opportunities
8. Acquisitions of new customers (distributors, EPCs, investors and project developers)
9. Management of existing customers from Pre-Sales to After Sales support
10.Growing company market share
11. Increase revenues, profitability and cash flow for the company according to established KPIs
12.Support marketing activities and market communications
13.Building and demonstrating understanding of the market and industry
14.Development and implementation of action plans for reaching the quarterly and annual targets of the company
15.Frequent business travel to visit existing and potential clients

• Good understanding of the Indian PV market
• A minimum of 5-8 years successful B2B sales experience ideally in PV/ Solar industry but also in related industries (electronical applications, energy, etc.)
• Proven track record of successful execution of sales targets in previous roles (existing customer base)
• Result-driven approach and ability to work autonomously
• Strong negotiation, communication and organization skills
• Strong problem solving, analytical and technical skills as well as intercultural skills
• High reliability and ability to work under pressure
• Enthusiastic, dynamic, self-motivated and excellent teamwork
• Willingness/ability to travel on a regular basis
• Fluent English is must, Chinese will be plus not must.
