Job description

  • Recommend new opportunities for incremental sales and relay knowledge on industry expertise to deliver competitive advantage for Exide.
  • Prepare sales/revenue forecast and implement strategies to achieve sales, revenue, profit, and market share objectives of the company deliver on annual and quarterly sales/revenue/profit plans.
  • Lead business development activities.
  • Collate the estimates of existing market potential, develop and oversee implementation of a customer coverage plan.
  • Prepare sales/revenue forecast and implement strategies to achieve sales, revenue, profit, and market share objectives of the company deliver on annual and quarterly sales/revenue/profit plans.
  • Analyse sales and industry data, market trends, and impact of changes in external and review/revise sales plan as necessary.
  • Create a roadmap for new product business development, initiate actions for generating sales.
  • Competition analysis in terms of product & price.
  • Working with R&D and factories for reduction in product costs & with regions for reduction in S&D costs.

DESIRED PROFILE

  • Experience:
  • 20 + Years of exp  in Solar Business and shall have good exposure in framing the business development strategies and shall have strong market intelligence on various technical and commercial aspects, understanding of different government policies and evaluate the policies with respect to renewable energy, Market Research on new business opportunities etc.,

Skills:

  • Good Business Development Skills who can take up challenges in the profession .

  • UG:B.Tech/B.E. – Any Specialization, Electrical, Electronics/Telecommunication,
  • PG:MBA/ PGDM
