• To be responsible for managing all outbound sales and activities across the Sales Support team
  • To direct any customer sales enquiries to the relevant teams in a timely and efficient manner, and track any actions for follow up
  • To develop the relevant sales scripts, and train team members to ensure proper handling of customer calls
  • To oversee that all call are answered correctly, checking the quality of the teams work (with particular reference to local languages)
  • To input sales enquiries into the company CRM (BITS) and ensure proper tracking of enquiries through to closure of sale
  • To run effective campaigns that reach out to existing customers e.g. surveys, referrals
  • To be actively involved in the closure of sales where possible, and help own the overall revenue targets of the company
